Abstract

The success of a company is highly dependent on the quality of its human resources. Superior performance of HR affects the profitability of a business entity. This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership Style on employee performance, Motivation on employee performance and, Job Satisfaction on employee performance at Petra Alpha School. Petra Alpha School is a National Plus School that has been established with an English program since 2005 and started from PG-SMA, located in the Taman Alfa Indah Complex Block A11 Joglo West Jakarta. The population in this study were employees of Petra Alpha School. The population in the study was 52 employees from Petra Alpha School. The sampling method used was the Saturation formula. The data collection method used the Survey Method with the Research Instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method used Partial Least Square. The results of this study indicate that Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the study provide implications that leadership style, motivation and also job satisfaction are things that must be considered to improve employee performance in order to realize organizational goals. Kesuksesan sebuah perusahaan sangat bergantung pada kualitas sumber daya manusia yang dimilikinya. Kinerja yang unggul dari SDM mempengaruhi profitabilitas suatu entitas bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan, Kepuasan Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Sekolah Petra Alpha. Sekolah Petra Alpha adalah Sekolah Nasional Plus yang telah berdiri dengan program Bahasa Inggris sejak tahun 2005 dan memulai dari PG-SMA, berlokasi di Komplek Taman Alfa Indah Blok A11 Joglo Jakarta Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Sekolah Petra Alpha. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah 52 Karyawan dari Sekolah Petra Alpha. Metode Sampling yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan rumus Jenuh. Metode Pengumpulan data menggunakan Metode Survey dengan Instrumen Penelitian adalah kusioner Metode Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian memberikan implikasi bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan juga kepuasan kerja adalah hal yang harus diperhatikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan demi terwujudnya tujuan organisasi. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Pengembangan Karir, Kinerja Karyawan, Kinerja Guru, Sekolah Petra Alpha.
