Abstract
Facility management services have experienced growth in Indonesia during the 2022-2027 period, posing challenges for companies. In response to these challenges, sustainability, particularly regarding environmental aspects, is essential. Awareness of environmentally friendly behavior is not only necessary for organizations in the industrial sector but also for those in the service sector. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational culture, motivation, and OCBE (Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environment), mediated by job satisfaction. The sample for this study consists of 125 employees of PT. DPI, selected using a purposive sampling technique. Based on data processing using SEM-PLS, the results indicate that both organizational culture and motivation have a positive and significant effect on OCBE. Moreover, job satisfaction serves as a necessary mediating variable in these relationships. A strong work culture and high work motivation are required at PT. DPI to achieve good OCBE, while also ensuring high employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Motivation, Organizational Citizenship Behavior for The Environment (OCBE) and job satisfaction Facility management services mengalami pertumbuhan di Indonesia selama periode tahun 2022-2027 sehingga menjadi tantangan bagi perusahaan. Dengan adanya tantangan tersebut maka diperlukan sustainability terutama terkait lingkungan. Kesadaran untuk berprilaku ramah lingkungan tidak hanya untuk organisasi yang bergerak untuk industri tetapi juga untuk organisasi dalam bidang jasa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel budaya organisasi, motivasi dan OCBE yang dimediasi kepuasan kerja. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 125 karyawan PT. DPI yang dipilih dengan Teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data menggunakan SEM-PLS, didapatkan hasil bahwa masing-masing variabel yaitu budaya organisasi dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCBE. Selain itu, dari kedua hubungan tersebut memerlukan variabel kepuasan kerja untuk mediasi. Diperlukan budaya kerja serta motivasi kerja yang baik pada PT. DPI untuk menghasilkan OCBE perusahaan yang baik tetapi melibatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan yang baik juga.
