Abstract
The urgency of this research is that the realization of performance is not in accordance with the targets set by the company. This study aims to determine the influence of workload, work discipline, and motivation on employee performance. This study uses causal quantitative. The sampling technique uses a total sample of 50 employees of the operational division of PT Sumber Prima Marsindo Sukses. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and the data analysis method uses structural equation modeling (SEM) with SMARTPLS 4. The results of the workload research have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: workload, work discipline, motivation, employee performance Urgensi penelitian ini adalah realisasi kinerja tidak sesuai dengan target yang ditentukan oleh perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif kausal. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampel sebanyak 50 karyawan divisi operasional PT Sumber Prima Marsindo Sukses. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan metode analisis data menggunakan structural equation modelling (SEM) dengan SMARTPLS 4. Hasil penelitian beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
