Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of work culture, job satisfaction and work motivation on the performance of CV employees. XYZ. The population in this study were 50 permanent employees with a working period of approximately 1 year. The sampling method uses saturated sampling technique, namely all members are used as samples because the population in this study is relatively small. Methods of data collection using descriptive quantitative research instrument is a questionnaire. The approach used in the analysis of this research data is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart PLS analysis. 3.0. Based on the research results, the data shows that work culture variables have no effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Culture, Job Satisfaction, Work Motivastion, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya kerja, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. XYZ. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 karyawan tetap dengan masa bekerja kurang lebih 1 tahun. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu semua anggota digunakan sebagai sampel karena jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini relatif sedikit. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam analisis data penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan analisis Smart PLS. 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian data menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
