Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, work discipline and compensation together on the performance of employees at the Oskincare Clinic in Jakarta. The research design uses causal research with a quantitative research approach. The population in this study were 112 employees of the Jakarta Oskincare Clinic. The sample used was 88 employees calculated based on the slovin formula. Using Proportional random sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of Oskincare Beauty Clinic employees in Jakarta. Work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Oskincare Beauty Clinic in Jakarta. Compensation has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Oskincare Beauty Clinic in Jakarta. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Compensation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Klinik Oskincare di Jakarta. Desain penelitian menggunakan penelitian kausal dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 112 karyawan Klinik Oskincare Jakarta. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 88 karyawan dihitung berdasarkan rumus slovin. Menggunakan teknik Proporsional random sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Klinik Kecantikan Oskincare di Jakarta. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Klinik Kecantikan Oskincare di Jakarta. Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Klinik Kecantikan Oskincare di Jakarta. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi, Kinerja Karyawan
