Abstract
This research aims to analyze employee performance through organizational commitment at PT Sinar Cakra Buana Jakarta. This research uses SEM data analysis techniques and data processing using Smart PLS. The population is employees of PT Sinar Cakra Buana Jakarta with a sample of 50 respondents. The sampling technique uses Saturated Samples. By using a quantitative descriptive approach. The hypothesis of this research shows that Work Discipline has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Achievement Motivation has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Work Engagement has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline has a significant positive effect on Work Engagement, Achievement Motivation has a significant positive effect on Work Engagement , Work Engagement does not mediate Work Discipline on Employee Performance, and Work Engagement mediates Achievement Motivation on Employee Performance. Keywords: Work Discipline, Achievement Motivation, Employee Performance and Work Involvement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang memengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan melalui mediasi Komitmen Organisasi di PT Sinar Cakra Buana Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software Smart-PLS versi 3.0. Populasi karyawan PT Sinar Cakra Buana Jakarta 50 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil uji hipotesis dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, dan Keterlibatan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keterlibatan Kerja. Keterlibatan Kerja tidak memediasi Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, namun Keterlibatan Kerja memediasi Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kata kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Keterlibatan Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan
