Abstract
The result of this research shows that either simultaneously or partially, the variables of Leadership Style, Motivation, and Loyalty on Employee Performance. This research aims to examine and analyze the effects of Leadership Style, Motivation, and Loyalty on Employee Performance at PT. Nafiri Indah Cemerlang. The object for this research is all employees at PT. Nafiri Indah Cemerlang. This research was done to 75 respondents by using causal design. The sampling technique using saturation sampling which all the population part are used. Data analysis used is double linear regression and processed by Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) program version 26. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, Leadership Style variables have a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and Loyalty have positive and significant impact on Employee Performance at PT. Nafiri Indah Cemerlang. It has been proven from the result of (F) test and the result of (T) partial shows significant point of three independent variables that supports research hypothesis. Therefore, the accepted assumption is, there is Leadership Style, Motivation and Loyalty on Employee Performance at PT. Nafiri Indah Cemerlang. Keywords: Leadership Style, Motivation, Loyalty, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, dan Loyalitas terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Nafiri Indah Cemerlang. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 75 responden dengan menggunakan desain kausal. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, dimana seluruh anggota populasi digunakan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dan diolah dengan program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan Loyalitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji T) yang menunjukan nilai signifikan dari tiga variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu, hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh simultan antara variable Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, dan Loyalitas terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Nafiri Indah Cemerlang. Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Loyalitas, Kinerja Karyawan.
