Abstract
This study is to analyze the influence of situational leadership style, work motivation and compensation on the performance achievement of employees of PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, South Jakarta Marketing Division The object of this research is employees who work at PT. Bank CIMB Niaga, South Jakarta Division. This research was conducted on 60 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample size was determined using a saturated sample, so that all members of the population were sampled. Methods of data collection using a survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. This study proves that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Situational Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Compensation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan situasional, motivasi kerja dan kompensasi terhadap pencapaian kinerja karyawan PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Divisi Marketing Jakarta Selatan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Divisi Marketing Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 60 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, sehingga semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan Situasional, Motivasi Kerja, Kompensasi, Kinerja Karyawan
