Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, career development, and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction at the Rangkasbitung District Court. The object of this study was conducted on Rangkasbitung District Court employees by taking 49 samples of respondents. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tool 3.2.8. The results showed that transformational leadership had a positive effect on job satisfaction. Career development has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Organizational commitment has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Keywords: transformational leadership, career development, commitment organization, job satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, pengembangan karir, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Pengadilan Negeri Rangkasbitung. Objek penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap pegawai Pengadilan Negeri Rangkasbitung dengan mengambil 49 sampel responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata kunci : kepemimpinan transformasional, pengembangan karir, komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja
