Abstract

This research is expected to add insight and contribute to the variables (X,Y) Job Satisfaction, Workload and Career Development on employee turnover intention at PT Materee Nusantara Utama. The population in this study were all employees of PT Materee Nusantara Utama with a sample of 80 respondents using a sampling method using saturated samples. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this research is Structual Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of this research show that Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Workload has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, and Career Development has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Workload, Career Development, Turnover intention Penelitian ini diharapkan menambah wawasan dan berkontribusi untuk variable (X,Y) Kepuasan Kerja, Beban Kerja dan Pengembangan Karir terhadap turnover intention karyawan pada PT Materee Nusantara Utama. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Materee Nusantara Utama dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 80 responden dengan metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Structual Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, dan Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention.
