Abstract
This research aims to analyze the effect of work environment, work discipline, organizational culture on job satisfaction employee PT. United Harvest Indonesia. The population in the study was 49 employee PT. United Harvest Indonesia. The sample used was 49 people. Samples use saturated samples. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study show that the variables of work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work discipline have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees PT. United Harvest Indonesia. Keywords: Work Environment, Work Discipline, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. United Harvest Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah 49 karyawan PT. United Harvest Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 49 orang. Metode sampling menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT.
