Abstract
This research aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, work environment, motivation on employee performance PT Milenia Multivisi. The population in the study was 55 employee PT. Milenia Multivisi. The sample used was 55 people. Samples use saturated samples. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study show that the variables of work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of PT Milenia Multivisi. Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Environment, Motivation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Milenia Multivisi. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah 55 karyawan PT. Milenia Multivisi. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 55 orang. Metode sampling menggunakan sampel jenuh. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Milenia Multivisi.
