Abstract
This study is motivated by a phenomenon at PT. Pratama Indomitra Konsultan, where the heavy workload from managing numerous major clients such as Pertamina, BNI, Traveloka, and Antam has impacted employee performance. Data indicates that only 35% of employees arrive on time, with 65% arriving late, potentially affecting their motivation and productivity. Despite this, the employee turnover rate is low, with only 18 out of 133 employees leaving from 2021 to January 2024, suggesting that employees have effectively adapted to the heavy workload. This research aims to examine the positive and significant effects of Authentic Personal Branding and Stress on Employee Performance at PT. Pratama Indomitra Konsultan, as well as the simultaneous impact of both variables. The study employs a quantitative approach with an associative causal method to explore the cause-and-effect relationships between variables. The findings indicate that both Authentic Personal Branding and Stress have positive and significant effects on employee performance. These results support the hypothesis that enhancing Authentic Personal Branding and managing stress can improve employee performance. PT. Pratama Indomitra Konsultan effectively supports employee stability by ensuring their physical and mental well-being, which contributes to improved Authentic Personal Branding and performance. Keywords: Authentic Personal Branding, Stress, Employee Performance Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena yang terjadi di PT. Pratama Indomitra Konsultan, di mana beban kerja yang berat akibat banyaknya klien besar seperti Pertamina, BNI, Traveloka, dan Antam berdampak pada prestasi kerja karyawan. Data menunjukkan bahwa hanya 35% karyawan yang hadir tepat waktu, sedangkan 65% datang terlambat, yang berpotensi menurunkan semangat kerja dan produktivitas. Meskipun demikian, tingkat turnover karyawan rendah, dengan hanya 18 dari 133 karyawan yang keluar sejak 2021 hingga Januari 2024, menandakan bahwa karyawan mampu beradaptasi dengan beban kerja yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari Authentic Personal Branding dan Stres terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan di PT. Pratama Indomitra Konsultan, serta pengaruh simultan dari kedua variabel tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan sebab-akibat antara variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik Authentic Personal Branding maupun Stres berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Temuan ini mendukung hipotesis bahwa peningkatan Authentic Personal Branding dan pengelolaan stres dapat memperbaiki prestasi kerja karyawan. PT. Pratama Indomitra Konsultan efektif dalam mendukung kestabilan kerja karyawan dengan memastikan kesehatan fisik dan mental mereka, yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan Authentic Personal Branding dan prestasi kerja.
