Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Regulation, Collaboration Strategy and Market Penetration on the competitiveness of legal Chatramue products in Indonesia. The sample used in this study were Chatramue customers at PT Kartikawira Adisukses 155 respondents. The data collection method used was a survey. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The data analysis method used was the evaluation of the Measurement (Outer) Model, Inner Model and Hypothesis Testing using the Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square) Program process. The results of this study indicate that the variables Regulation, Collaboration Strategy and Market Penetration have a positive and significant effect on Competitiveness.\ Keywords : Regulation, Collaboration Strategy, Market Penetration, Comperirivene Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Regulasi, Startegi Kolaborasi dan Penetrasi pasar terhadap daya saing produk Chatramue legal di Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Chatramue di PT Kartikawira Adisukses 155 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah survei. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah evaluasi Measurement (Outer) Model, Inner Model dan Uji Hipotesis dengan menggunakan proses Program Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Regulasi, Strategi Kolaborasi dan Pentrasi Pasar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Daya Saing.
