Abstract
This study was to determine the effect of workload, work discipline and job satisfaction on the employee performance of PT Gaharu Langgeng Jaya. The subject of this research are all employees who work at PT Gaharu Langgeng Jaya. The population in this study were 86 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population with a total of 86 employees of PT Gaharu Langgeng Jaya. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study show that the variables of workload have a negative and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of PT Gaharu Langgeng Jaya. Keywords: Workload, Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Gaharu Langgeng Jaya. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT Gaharu Langgeng Jaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 86 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi dengan jumlah 86 karyawan PT Gaharu Langgeng Jaya. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Gaharu Langgeng Jaya.
