Abstract
This study aims to test and prove employee perceptions of the influence of accounting information systems, leadership style and task complexity on employee performance. This research method uses a quantitative approach with primary data sources and obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires. The sample selection using purposive sampling involved all employees who have had contact with SIA, namely the Accounting, Finance, and Human Resources departments, totaling 57 people. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3.3. The results of the study indicate that employees think that Accounting Information Systems and Task Complexity have no significant effect on employee performance, while leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance. Keyword :Accounting Information System, Leadership Style, Task Complexity, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan membuktikan persepsi karyawan tentang Pengaruh Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kompleksitas Tugas terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sumber data primer dan diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner. Pemilihan sampel dengan purposive sampling ini melibatkan seluruh karyawan yang pernah berhubungan dengan SIA, yaitu bagian Akuntansi, Keuangan, dan Sumber Daya Manusia yang seluruhnya berjumlah 57 orang. Metode analisis data yang dipakai yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 3.3. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para karyawan berpendapat Sistem Informasi Akuntansi dan Kompleksitas Tugas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan sedangkan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
