Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of education, training and compensation on employees performance. This research was conducted on all employees of PT. Kobus Smart Service positions Telecollection Staff NMC in the Telecollection Division with a population of 60 employees. In the study using nonprobability techniques. Methods of data collection using interviews, questionnaires, observation (observation). The data analysis method uses the Static Package for Social Science. This study proves that training education has a significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Education, Training, Compensation, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh pendidikan pelatihan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada seluruh karyawan PT. Kobus Smart Service posisi Telecollection Staff NMC di Divisi Telecollection dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 60 karyawan. Dalam penelitian menggunakan teknik nonprobability. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, kuesioner, observasi (pengamatan). Metode analisis data menggunakan Statical Package For Social Science. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pendidikan pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Pelatihan, Kompensasi, Kinerja Karyawan.
