Abstract
The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of organizational culture, work environment and compensation on employee performance. The population in this research were 258 employees of Awal Bros Hospital, East Bekasi. The samples used were 72 employees of Awal Bros Hospital, East Bekasi. This research uses a quantitative approach, sampling using Proportional Stratified Random. The data collection method used a survey method with a questionnaire research instrument. The data obtained from the distribution of the questionnaires were analyzed using statistical analysis techniques in the form of SEM-PLS. The results of this test prove that Organizational Culture has an insignificant positive effect on Employee Performance, Work Environment has a significantly positive effect on Employee Performance, Compensation has an insignificant negative effect on Employee Performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 258 karyawan Rumah Sakit Awal Bros Bekasi Timur. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 72 karyawan Rumah Sakit Awal Bros Bekasi Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, pengambilan sampel menggunakan Proportional Stratified Random. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey dengan instrumen penelitian kuesioner. Data diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Hasil pengujian ini membuktikan bahwa Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
