Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of: (1) Workload on employee performance, (2) To determine the effect of work stress on employee performance, (3) To determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT Royal Sutan Agung. PT Royal Sutan Agung is a company engaged in the sale of commercial refrigeration and kitchen equipment accessories. This research uses quantitative methods. This research sample was taken using the Probability Sampling method, from 104 populations it was then calculated using the Slovin formula and obtained a population value that could be used as a sample of 83 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is the Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Model where the data processing uses the Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) program version 3.2.8 PLS. The sample data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Royal Sutan Agung. The research results show that: (1) Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) Work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) Work discipline has a negative effect on employee performance at PT Royal Sutan Agung. The research results provide the implication that compensation and work discipline are things that must be considered to improve employee performance in order to realize organizational goals. Keywords: Workload, Work Stress, Work Motivation, Organizational Culture Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh : (1) Beban Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Royal Sutan Agung. PT Royal Sutan Agung merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang Penjualan Pendingin Komersial dan pelengkap alat dapur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode probability sampling, dari 104 populasi kemudian dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin dan mendapatkan nilai populasi yang dapat dijadikan sampel sebanyak 83 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Component atau Variance Based Structural Equation Model dimana dalam pengolahan datanya menggunakan program Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 3.2.8 PLS. Teknik pengumpulan data sampel dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada karyawan PT Royal Sutan Agung. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) Beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Royal Sutan Agung. Hasil penelitian memberikan implikasi bahwa kompensasi, disiplin kerja adalah hal yang harus diperhatikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan demi terwujudnya tujuan organisasi.
