Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of work stress, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Asvita Mandiri Plastindo. The population in this study is 55 employees of PT. Asvita Mandiri Plastindo. The sample used was as many as 55 employees, the sampling method used was saturated sampling. The data collection method uses the survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study show that work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance Keywords: Work Stress, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Asvita Mandiri Plastindo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 55 orang karyawan PT. Asvita Mandiri Plastindo. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 55 orang karyawan, metode sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kata Kunci : Stres Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
