Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of workload, work stress and compensation on turnover intention. The object of this research is permanent employees of PT Mowilex Indonesia. By using a quantitative descriptive approach. Taking sample members from the population is done randomly without regard to the strata that exist in the population. And the sample is determined using the slovin formula, based on this formula, it can be calculated that the sample from a population of 440 people with an error rate of 10% is 81 respondents. The results of this study show that workload and work stress have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention and compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. The managerial implications of the findings in this study recommend that company leaders reduce the overtime of employees, in addition to PT. Mowilex Indonesia is also recommended to reduce excessive task demands, and finally PT. Mowilex Indonesia is also recommended to provide a bonus policy to employees whose performance has improved more frequently. Keywords: Workload, Work Stress, Compensation, Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, stres kerja dan kompensasi terhadap turnover intention. Objek penelitian ini yaitu karyawan tetap PT. Mowilex Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengambilan anggota sampel dari populasi dilakukan secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam populasi tersebut. Serta sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, berdasarkan rumus tersebut dapat dihitung sampel dari populasi berjumlah 440 orang dengan tarif kesalahan 10% maka sampel 81 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa beban kerja dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Implikasi manajerial dari hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar pimpinan perusahaan mengurangi waktu lembur para karyawan, selain itu PT. Mowilex Indonesia juga direkomendasikan mengurangi tuntutan tugas yang berlebihan, dan terakhir PT. Mowilex Indonesia juga direkomendasikan agar lebih sering memberikan kebijakan pemberian bonus kepada karyawan yang kinerjanya meningkat.
