Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work stress, work motivation, and job insecurity on turnover intention in employees of PT Trans Retail Indonesia, Transpark Mall Bintaro Branch. The data collection method used in this research is the survey method, the research instrument is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. This research was conducted on 76 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach and hypothesis testing. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS) 4.0. The results showed that job stress and job insecurity have a positive and significant relationship to turnover intention, while work motivation has a negative and significant relationship to turnover intention. Keywords: Job Stress, Job Motivation, Job Insecurity, Turnover Intenetion Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, motovasi kerja, dan job insecurity terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT.Trans Retail Indonesia Cabang Transpark Mall Bintaro. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei, instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 76 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan pengujian hipotesis. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja dan job insecurity memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, sedangkan motivasi kerja memiliki hubungan negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.
