Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work stres, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. The population in this study were 36 employees of PT. Tri Pakarta Syariah Insurance. The sample used was 36 employees, using the saturated sample method. The sample withdrawal method uses convenience sampling. The data collection method uses a survey method with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS). This study proves that Job Stres has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance. Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Stres, Work Environment, Work Discipline, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 36 karyawan dari PT. Asuransi Tri Pakarta Syariah. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 36 orang karyawan, dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Stres Kerja berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Stres Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
