Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of compensation, workload, and communication on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Serimpi Makmur Sejati The object of this research is the employees of PT. Serimpi Makmur Sejati This research was conducted on 40 employees using a saturated sample, namely taking the entire population. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with analysis tools Smart Partial Least Square (Smart- PLS) version 3.0. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, work load has a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. That is, the lower the workload given by the company, the increase in employee job satisfaction and communication has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Compensation, Workload, Communication, Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, beban kerja, dan komunikasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Serimpi Makmur Sejati Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Serimpi Makmur Sejati Penelitian ini di lakukan terhadap 40 karyawan dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat dianalisis Smart Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kompensasi pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Artinya, semakin rendah beban kerja yang diberikan perusahaan maka akan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan dan komunikasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.
