Abstract
Arts and culture play an important role in maintaining Indonesia's cultural diversity. The provision of public spaces and facilities in the arts and culture sector is driven by the community's need for entertainment, recreation, artistic, and cultural activities. This Arts Center is designed to increase the frequency of performances in public spaces by providing the necessary facilities. The Arts Center also includes various integrated facilities that complement the functions of other spaces. The building incorporates the concepts of Modern Architecture and green building design, applying spatial arrangements and other supporting features that meet standards and needs. The implementation of environmentally friendly concepts aims to positively impact both the natural environment and building users. Keywords: Arts Center, Modern Architecture, green building Kesenian dan kebudayaan memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga keanekaragaman budaya Indoneasia. Penyediaan ruang publik atau fasilitas umum di bidang kesenian dan kebudayaan dilatar belakangi oleh kebutuhan masyarakat akan tempat hiburan, rekreasi, dan kegiatan seni budaya. Pusat Kesenian ini dirancang dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan intensitas kegiatan pertunjukan di ruang publik melalui penyediaan fasilitas-fasilitas yang dibutuhkan. Pusat Kesenian ini juga dirancang dengan berbagai fasilitas di dalamnya yang terintegrasi antar fungsi ruang lainnya. Bangunan ini menerapkan konsep melalui pendekatan Arsitektur Modern dan green building yang diaplikasikan dengan tatanan ruang dan fasilitas pendukung lainnya yang sesuai dengan standar dan kebutuhan. Penerapan konsep ramah lingkungan juga dipakai untuk memberikan dampak positif pada lingkungan, baik lingkungan alam maupun pengguna bangunan.
