Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of Internal Communication, Workload and Job Stress on Turnover Intention at Drini Hills Diamond Villa, Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta. The population in this study were 50 employees who worked at Drini Hills Diamond Villa. The sample used in this research was 50 employees at Drini Hills Diamond Villa. The sampling method is a saturated sample. The research instrument uses the SMART PLS 4.0 application. The independent variables in this research are Internal Communication, Workload and Work Stress. The dependent variable in this research is turnover intention. The research results show that the Internal Communication variable has no effect on Turnover Intention with a statistical value of 1.082<1.645 and a P-value of 0.517>0.05. Workload has no effect on Turnover Intention with a T-statistic value of 0.131<1.645 and a P-value of 0.694>0.05. Meanwhile, the work stress variable has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention - statistics 12.244>1.645 (t-table) and a P-value of 0.000<0.05. Keywords: Internal Communication, Workload, Work Stress, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi pengaruh Internal Communication, Beban Kerja dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention pada Drini Hills Diamond Villa, Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 50 Karyawan yang bekerja pada Drini Hills Diamond Villa. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 karyawan pada Drini Hills Diamond Villa. Metode penarikan sampel adalah sampel jenuh. Instrument penelitain menggunkan aplikasi SMART PLS 4.0. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Internal Communication, Beban Kerja dan Stres Kerja. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini yaitu Turnover Intention. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel Internal Communication tidak berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention dengan nilai T-statistik 1.082<1.645 dan nilai P-value sebesar 0.517>0.05. Beban kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Turnover Intention dengan nilai T-statistik 0.131<1.645 dan nilai P-value sebesar 0.694>0.05. Sedangkan variabel stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention –Tstatistik 12.244>1.645 (t-tabel) dan nilai P-value sebesar 0.000<0.05.
