Abstract

@Jktinfo account is an account on Instagram social media that provides informative content about events, culinary, and the latest news in Jakarta. This account is managed by an admin who is not bound by any agency or government. This study aims to explain, describe and determine the influence of the Instagram account @jktinfo in meeting and satisfying the information needs of its followers. This research uses a paradigm of positivism, using survey research methods, quantitative approaches and explanatory types. The population is followers Instagram account @jktinfo as many as 3.6 million people and a sample of 100 respondents using a sampling error of 5%. Sampling technique using nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling. This study uses SPSS 27 to test the normality, reliability, validity, regression, correlation, hypothesis, and coefficient of determination. The results of data analysis obtained the conclusion that the T test of 9.730 > t table 1.984 so that it can be stated that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. And the results of R Square by 74%, which means that this study shows that there is an influence between the Virtual communication of the Instagram account @Jktinfo (X) on the satisfaction of Followers information (Y). Keywords : Information Satisfaction, Jktinfo, Instagam, Media Social Akun @jktinfo adalah akun di media sosial Instagram yang memberikan konten informatif seputar events, kuliner, dan berita terkini di Jakarta. Akun ini dikelola oleh admin yang tidak terikat oleh instansi ataupun pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan, menggambarkan dan mengetahui pengaruh akun Instagram @jktinfo dalam memenuhi dan memuaskan kebutuhan informasi followersnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma Positivisme, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian survey, pendekatan kuantitatif dan tipe eksplanatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan followers akun instagram @jktinfo sebanyak 3,6 Juta orang dan sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan sampling error sebesar 5%. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan jenis sampel purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 27 untuk melakukan Uji Normalitas, Reliabilitas, Validitas, Regresi, Korelasi, Hipotesis, dan Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan yaitu uji t sebesar 9,730 > t tabel 1,984 sehingga dapat dinyatakan Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Dan hasil R Square sebesar 74% yang artinya penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh antara Komunukasi Virtual Akun Instagram @Jktinfo (X) Terhadap Kepuasan Informasi Followers (Y).
