Abstract
This research aims to determine the Influence of Leadership, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on employee performance (Case Study at the Business Development Department of PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Puri Indah Branch). The respondents in this study are employees of PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Puri Indah Branch. The population consists of 40 employees, and the sample size in this study is also 40 employees, using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method employed is the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique through the statistical software SmartPLS 3.3, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The results indicate that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Puri Indah Branch, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Puri Indah Branch, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Puri Indah Branch. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja karyawan (Studi Kasus pada Bagian Pengembangan Bisnis Cabang PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Cabang Puri Indah). Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Cabang Puri Indah. Populasi sejumlah 40 karyawan dan sempel dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 karyawan, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software statistic SmartPLS 3.3 dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Cabang Puri Indah, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Cabang Puri Indah, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Cabang Puri Indah.
