Abstract
The purpose of this research was to determine (1) the influence of leadership style towards the work performance of PT. Telkom Akses Jakarta Selatan Assurance’s Team Unit, (2) the influence of the workload towards the work performance of PT. Telkom Akses Jakarta Selatan Assurance’s Team Unit, and (3) the influence of leadership style and workload towards the work performance of PT. Telkom Akses Jakarta Selatan Assurance’s Team Unit. This type of study is a quantitative descriptive method, which collects the data by questionnaires to all (30) permanent employees in PT. Telkom Akses Jakarta Selatan Assurance’s Team Unit. The data analysis technique in this study used the analysis of correlation coefficients and hypothesis testing partially and simultaneously, with an IBM SPSS version 25 software. Finally, this study showed that leadership style variable significantly influence the working performances of PT. Telkom Akses Jakarta Selatan Assurance’s Team Unit. Meanwhile, workload variable does not significantly influence the working performances of PT. Telkom Akses Jakarta Selatan Assurance’s Team Unit. Keywords: Leadership Style, Workload, Work Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan Unit Team Assurance PT. Telkom Akses Jakarta Selatan, pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Unit Team Assurance PT. Telkom Akses Jakarta Selatan, serta pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Unit Team Assurance PT. Telkom Akses Jakarta Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner pada seluruh populasi karyawan tetap (30 orang) di Unit Team Assurance PT. Telkom Akses Jakarta Selatan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear dengan pengujian hipotesis secara parsial maupun simultan, memanfaatkan software IBM SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Unit Team Assurance PT. Telkom Akses Jakarta Selatan. Sementara itu, beban kerja tidak pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Unit Team Assurance PT. Telkom Akses Jakarta Selatan. Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Beban Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
