Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, work experience and compensation on work commitment. The population in this study were 75 employees of LPP TVRI Station DKI Jakarta New Media section. By using a causal quantitative descriptive approach. The way to take the sample size uses a saturated sampling technique, namely taking the entire population. The data collection method is by distributing questionnaires directly using Google Forms. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this research state that work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on work commitment, work experience has a positive and significant effect on work commitment and compensation has a positive and significant effect on the work commitment of employees in the new media sector. Keywords: Work Environment, Work Experience, Compensation, Work Commitment Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, pengalaman kerja dan kompensasi terhadap komitmen kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 pegawai LPP TVRI Stasiun DKI Jakarta bagian Media Baru. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif kausal. Metode pengambilan jumlah sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung menggunakan Google form. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja, pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja pegawai di bagian media baru.
