Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of Job Satisfaction, Work Environment and Workload on Employee Loyalty. This research uses a quantitative approach with research subjects at PT. Good Great Indonesian Food. The population in this study was 80 employees of PT Bagus Food Indonesia Besar and the sample used was 80 employees. The research method used in this research uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The research method used is Partial Least Square. The results of this research are that Job Satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Employee Loyalty, Work Environment and Workload do not have a significant effect on Employee Loyalty. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Environment, Workload and Employee Loyalty. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Beban Kerja terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian pada PT. Bagus Food Indonesia Hebat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 orang karyawan PT Bagus Food Indonesia Hebat dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 80 orang karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu bahwa Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja dan Beban Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan .
