Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation, job satisfaction and organizational communication on employee performance at PT. Frontiers. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with the InDependent Variables work motivation (X1), job satisfaction (X2) and organizational communication (X3) and the Dependent Variable is employee performance (Y). This research technique uses purposive sampling technique with a saturated sample method of 50 employees with a total population of 50 employees. Data collection techniques in this research used interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The analysis method used is a component or variance based structural equation model where the data processing uses the Partial Least Square (Smart- PLS) program. The results of this research state that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Frontier, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Frontier and organizational communication have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Frontiers. Keywords: Work motivation, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Communication, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja dan komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Frontier. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan variabel independen motivasi kerja (X1), kepuasan kerja (X2) dan komunikasi organisasi (X3) dan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja karyawan (Y). Teknik penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan metode sampel jenuh sebanyak 50 karyawan dengan total populasi 50 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah component atau variance based structural equation model di mana dalam pengolahan datanya menggunakan program Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Frontier, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Frontier dan komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.
