Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of Compensation, Career Development and Competency on Employee Performance. The population in this study was 321 employees of PT Gramedia Printing Jakarta. The sample used was 179 employees, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The sampling method uses convenience sampling. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. This research proves that Compensation, Career Development and Competency have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Keywords: Compensation, Career Development, Competency, Employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kompensasi, Pengembangan Karir dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 321 karyawan PT Gramedia Printing Jakarta. Sample yang di gunakan adalah sebanyak 179 karyawan, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan convenence sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Kompensasi, Pengembangan Karir dan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
