Abstract
In the current era of globalization and free competition, companies need employees to carry out the company's organizational activities. Success in the organization is closely related to organizational actors or in other words human resources who have a strategic role as a determinant of the success or failure of performance achievement in an organization. If an organization wants to achieve its goals, it must pay attention to factors that can affect the sustainability of the organization/company. One of them is found in this study where this research was conducted aiming to analyze human resource management, namely "The Influence of Compensation, Work Discipline and Work Motivation on the Performance of Employees in the Mami Boss Store Trading Business". The sample in this study were 30 employees of the Mami Boss Store Trading Business. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. This study used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) data analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with an Original Sample value of 0.264 and a T-Statistics > T-table (2.071 > 2.045), work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an Original Sample value of 0.394 and the value of T Statistics > T table (3.272 > 2.045) and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Mami Boss Store Trading Business. With an Original Sample value of 0.359 and a Statistical T value > T table (2.352 > 2.045). Keywords: Compensation, Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Employee Performance. Di era globalisasi dan persaingan bebas saat ini, perusahaan membutuhkan karyawan untuk menjalakankan aktivitas organisasi perusahaan. Keberhasilan dalam organisasi sangat berhubungan erat dengan pelaku-pelaku organisasi atau dengan kata lain sumber daya manusia yang mempunyai peran strategis sebagai penentu berhasil tidaknya pencapaian kinerja dalam suatu organisasi. Suatu organisasi jika ingin mencapai tujuannya maka harus memerhatikan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keberlangsungan organisasi/perusahaan. Salah satunya yaitu terdapat pada penelitian ini yang dimana penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang manajemen sumber daya manusia yaitu “Pengaruh Kompensasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Usaha Dagang Mami Boss Store”. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 30 karyawan tetap Usaha Dagang Mami Boss Store yang ditentukan dengan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuisioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai Original Sampel 0,264 dan nilai T-Statistik>T-tabel (2,071 > 2,045), disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai Original Sample sebesar 0,394 dan nilai T Statistik > T tabel (3,272 > 2,045) dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Usaha Dagang Mami Boss Store. Dengan nilai Original Sample sebesar 0,359 dan nilai T Statistik > T tabel (2,352 > 2,045). Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan.
