Abstract
This study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, work environment and work motivation on the work discipline of PT. Natamas Plast. The subject of this research are employees who work at PT. Natamas Plast. The population in this study were 258 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a slovin formula technique with a total of 73 employees of PT. Natamas Plast. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study show that the variables of job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on work discipline, work environment have a positive and significant effect on work discipline and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline employee of PT. Natamas Plast. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Environment, Work Motivation, Work Discipline Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja PT. Natamas Plast. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Natamas Plast. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 258 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik rumus slovin dengan sampel 73 karyawan PT. Natamas Plast. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pada PT.
