Abstract
This research aims to provide the influence of compensation, discipline and work motivation on employee productivity. at CV Vica Decoration in South Jakarta. The population in this study were all employees at CV Vica Decoration in South Jakarta. The sample for this study consisted of 52 respondents. Sampling was carried out using a simple random sampling technique (simple random sampling) by distributing questionnaires to respondents, for data processing using Smart PLS. Based on hypothesis testing in this study, the t-statistic value was 2.382, the original sample value was 0.327 and the p value is 0.021. The t-statistic value is greater than the t-table value of 1.96, the original sample value shows a positive value, this result shows that compensation, discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Keywords: Compensation, Discipline, Work Motivation and Employee Productivity Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis Pengaruh Kompensasi, Disiplin, dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan. di CV Vica Decoration di Jakarta Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di CV Vica Decoration di Jakarta Selatan, Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 52 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel random sederhana (simple random sampling) dengan membagikan kuisioner kepada responden, untuk pengolahan data menggunakan Smart PLS, Berdasarkan uji hipotesis pada penelitian ini diperoleh hasil nilai t-statistic sebesar 2.382, nilai original sample sebesar 0.327 dan nilai p Values sebesar 0.021. Nilai t-statistic lebih besar dari nilai t-table 1,96, nilai original sample menunjukkan nilai positif, hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi, Disiplin, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan.
