Abstract
This study was to determine the influence of work discipline, role conflict, and work stress on the performance of Ministry of Tourism employees in the Deputy for Marketing. Where are the three independent variables and one dependent variable. The object of this research was 117 employees of the Ministry of Tourism in the Deputy for Marketing. The sampling technique used is Non Probability Sampling using Purposive Sampling. By using a causal research design. The analysis method for this research uses SEM-PLS, with the help of SmartPLS software. , The results of this research show that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Role Conflict has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance. Job Stress has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Ministry of Tourism in the Deputy for Marketing. Keywords: Work Discipline, Role Conflict, Work Stress, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, konflik peran, dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Kementerian Pariwisata pada Deputi Bidang Pemasaran. Dimana diajukan tiga variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat. Objek penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kementerian Pariwisata pada Deputi Bidang Pemasaran sebanyak 117 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Non Probability Sampling dengan menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kausal. Metode analisis penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS, dengan bantuan software SmartPLS. , Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Konflik Peran berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Stres Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kementerian Pariwisata pada Deputi Bidang Pemasaran Kata Kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Konlik Peran, Stres Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai
