Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation, organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance. Study employees at PT. Eagle Dharma Sejahtera. Respondents in this study were permanent employees of PT. Eagle Dharma Sejahtera. The population and sample in this research were 52 permanent employees of PT. Elang Dharma Sejahtera, the sampling technique used was saturated sampling. The data analysis method used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) technique using the SmartPLS 3.2.9 statistical software with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The research results show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Eagle Dharma Sejahtera. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Eagle Dharma Sejahtera. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Eagle Dharma Sejahtera. Keywords: Work motivation, Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Budaya Organisasi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Studi pada karyawan PT. Elang Dharma Sejahtera. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap PT. Elang Dharma Sejahtera. Populasi dan sempel dalam penelitian ini adalah 52 karyawan tetap PT. Elang Dharma Sejahtera, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software statistik SmartPLS 3.2.9 dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Elang Dharma Sejahtera. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Elang Dharma Sejahtera. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.
