Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah pegawai PT. Dhika Global Prakarsa. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 40 responden menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dan diolah dengan program SPSS Versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Dhika Global Prakarsa.This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Training and Compensation on performance. The object of this research is the employee of the PT. Dhika Global Prakarsa South Tangerang City. This research was conducted on 40 respondents using quantitative descriptive approach with sampling method. Data analysis used is multiple linear reggression and processed with SPSS Version 20 program. The results of this study indicate that partially leadership style, Training and Compensation together have a positive and significant impact on employee performance in the Office of the PT. Dhika Global Prakarsa South Tangerang City.
