Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh stress kerja dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi dan kinerja karyawan PT Demo Power Indonesia Divisi Warehouse & Logistic. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 25 responden yang bekerja di Divisi Warehouse & Logistic, sedangkan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sejumlah 25 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah cross section, dan sumber data berupa data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, analisis jalur serta program SPSS 24 untuk mengolah data. Hasil penelitian, diketahui terdapat pengaruh langsung dari stress kerja terhadap motivasi, pengaruh langsung kompensasi terhadap motivasi, pengaruh total kompensasi terhadap kinerja, dan pengaruh langsung motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara stress kerja tidak mempunyai pengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan.This research aims to know how the influence of work stress and compensation to employee motivation and performance PT Demo Power Indonesia Warehouse & Logistic Division. The research population is 25 respondents who work in Warehouse & Logistic Division, samples used in this research is 25 respondents. The type of data used in this research is cross section, and source data is primary and secondary data. Data analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, and path analisys, used SPSS 24 to process data. The result of this research shows that there is a direct influence of work stress on motivation, the direct influence of compensation on motivation, the influence of total compensation on performance, and direct influence of motivation on perfomance, while work stress has no direct influce on employee performance.
