Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan otokratis dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui stress kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 responden PT. Buana Intermedia Global dengan menggunakan teknik kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakan metode Slovin. Instrument pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) yang berbasis varian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara, gaya kepemimpinan otokratis, budaya organisasi terhadap stress kerja dan kinerja karyawan, sedangkan stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.This study aims to determine the relationship between autocratic leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance through job stress as a mediation variable. This study was conducted on 100 respondents PT. Buana Intermedia Global using quantitative techniques. Sampling technique using Slovin method. Instrument data collection using questionnaires with Likert scale. Data analysis method using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on variant. The results of this study indicate that there is influence between, autocratic leadership style, organizational culture to work stress and employee performance, while job stress does not affect the performance of employees.
