Abstract
Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Transformasional , Komunikasi dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Kerja Karyawan . Obyek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. SINDE MULTI KEMASINDO. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 70 responden menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode convenience sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dan diolah dengan program Statistical Product and Service Solotions (SPSS) Versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwapengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kineja kerja karyawan, pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan, pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan.The research aimed to find the influence of transformasinal style, communication and motivation to performance of employee. This object of the research is official employee PT. SINDE MULTI KEMASINDO. The research was conduted to 70 respondent using approachment descrivtive quantitative with convenience sampling method. The analysis data using regresi linier fold and the process with statistical product and service solutions (SPSS) .versi 22. The conclusion of this research showed that influence of ledership transformasional style about the performance of the work of employees,influence of communication to performance employees, influeanve of motivation to performance employees.
