Abstract
This research aims to know the influence of job satisfaction and job stress on employee performance. The object for this research is employees of PT. Sinar Selaras Lestari Alumunium. This research was done to 98 respondents by using quantitative-descriptive approach. Thus, data analysis which is used is statistic analysis in the form of double linear regression test. The results of this research shows that the job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect employees performance and job stress has positive and significant effect employees performance of the PT. Sinar Selaras Lestari Alumunium. It has been proven from the results of (f) simoultant test and the results of (t) partial show significant point of one independent variables that support the hiphothesys. Therefore, the results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous influence between the variables of Job Satisfaction and Job Stress on the employees performance of PT. Sinar Selaras Lestari Alumunium. Keyword: job satisfaction, job stress, and employee performance. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Sinar Selaras Lestari Alumunium. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 98 responden dengan menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sinar Selaras Lestari Alumunium. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji T) juga menunjukan nilai signifikan dari dua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh simultan antara variabel Kepuasan Kerja dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Sinar Selaras Lestari Alumunium. Kata kunci: kepuasan kerja, stres kerja, kinerja karyawan.
