Abstract
This research aims to reveal the educational communication strategies applied in the "Tuai Hikmah Ramadhan" education program through the YouTube channel "Al-Falah Official." The communication strategies emphasize three main stages in educational communication: To Secure Understanding, To Establish Acceptance, and To Motivate Action. The study highlights communication functions that need to be accommodated, including informative, educational, persuasive, and recreational functions. The research methodology used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, allowing researchers to deeply analyze the educational communication strategies applied in the "Tuai Hikmah Ramadhan" program. Thus, this research is expected to contribute to a deeper understanding of educational communication strategies in the context of educational programs on the YouTube platform. The findings of this research indicate that the educational content in the "Tuai Hikmah Ramadhan" program on the YouTube channel "Al-Falah Official" implements educational communication strategies to convey Islamic values. These strategies, based on key stages such as To Secure Understanding, To Establish Acceptance, and To Motivate Action. Additionally, the content successfully integrates various communication functions, such as informative, educational, persuasive, and recreational. This research is expected to contribute and be beneficial for further research, particularly as a specific reference discussing educational communication strategies. It also serves as an evaluation for the Yayasan Tarbiyah Islamiyah Al-Falah Jakarta Barat to enhance educational programs through YouTube content. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan strategi komunikasi edukatif yang diterapkan dalam program edukasi "Tuai Hikmah Ramadhan" melalui saluran YouTube "Al-Falah Official". Strategi komunikasi yang menekankan tiga tahapan utama dalam strategi komunikasi edukasi, yaitu To Secure Understanding, To Establish Acceptance, dan To Motive Action. Penelitian ini menyoroti fungsi-fungsi komunikasi yang perlu diakomodasi, termasuk fungsi informatif, edukatif, persuasif, dan rekreatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yang memungkinkan peneliti untuk secara mendalam menganalisis strategi komunikasi edukatif yang diterapkan dalam program "Tuai Hikmah Ramadhan". Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman lebih lanjut tentang strategi komunikasi edukatif dalam konteks program edukasi di platform YouTube. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa konten edukasi pada program Tuai Hikmah Ramadhan oleh channel YouTube " Al Falah Official" menerapkan strategi komunikasi edukatif dalam menyampaikan edukasi nilai keislaman. Strategi ini, yang didasarkan pada tahapan kunci seperti To Secure Understanding, To Establish Acceptance, dan To Motive Action. (Mengamankan Pemahaman, Membangun Penerimaan, dan Memotivasi Tindakan). Selain itu, konten tersebut juga berhasil mengintegrasikan berbagai fungsi komunikasi, seperti informatif, edukatif, persuasif, dan rekreatif. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dan manfaat baik itu bagi penelitian selanjutnya sebagai sumber referensi khususnya yang membahas mengenai strategi komunikasi edukatif serta bagi Yayasan Tarbiyah Islamiyah Al-Falah Jakarta Barat untuk dijadikan evaluasi dalam meningkatkan program edukasi melalui konten YouTube.
