Abstract

This study aims to analyze and study the influence of work motivation, compensation, and the work environment on the performance of employees at the Public Broadcasting Institution (LPP) TVRI, DKI Jakarta Station. The population in this study consisted of 106 employees, and the research sample included 84 employees from LPP TVRI, DKI Jakarta Station, determined using the Slovin formula. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires. The data processing involved the Partial Least Square (PLS) path analysis. The results of all hypothesis tests showed that two variables in the hypothesis testing, namely motivation and the work environment, did not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The compensation variable had an R² for employee performance of 0.99 when considered simultaneously. In conclusion, the research model can explain 0.99% of employee performance, while the remaining 99.01% is explained by other unexamined variables in this study. Keywords: Motivation, Compensation, Work environment, Employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mempelajari pengaruh motivasi kerja, kompensansi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja Karyawan Lembaga Penyiaran Publik (LPP) TVRI Stasiun DKI Jakarta. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 106 karyawan dan sampel penelitian ini adalah 84 karyawan LPP TVRI Stasiun DKI Jakarta yang menggunakan rumus slovin dalam penentuan sampel. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan dalam pengolahan data adalah jalur Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil seluruh pengujian hipotesis bahwa dua variabel pada uji hipotesis yaitu motivasi dan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel kompensasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara stimultan mempunyai R² kinerja karyawan sebesar 0.99. Kesimpulannya bahwa model penelitian mampu menjelaskan 0.99% untuk kinerja karyawan sedangkan sisanya sebesar 99.01% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
