Abstract

social media is growing very rapidly. The development of social media has had a lot of impact, including positive impact. This positive impact can be felt from the general public to various forms of business. One of the components of Digital Communication Market is increasing brand awareness. found that social media has an important role in increasing brand awareness. So with social media like Instagram and the high rate of use in Indonesia can increase brand awareness. This research aims to find out how Instagram's Digital Marketing Activities Holeo Museum to Build Brand Awareness. This study uses the foundation of Digital Marketing Communications Media from Sloan and Quan-Haase. The paradigms used are post-positivism paradigms, research methods using qualitative methods and descriptive approaches. The researchers wanted to build an understanding of how the formation of digital marketing communications activity holeo museum through Instagram accounts. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the activity of Digital Marketing Communications Instagram Holeo Museum in building brand awareness, can be inferred. Digital marketing planning by the Holeo museum is an attempt to gain market share of products that are already popular or are trending among teenagers. Naming and logos of Holeos are part of the identity of the brand becoming one of the advantages in product competition. Social media activity planning Instagram @holeomuseum plays a role in building brand awareness. Digital marketing communication media management and digital marketing communication content design in the context of Instagram social media activity, made as attractive as possible. It can be said that the social media activity Instagram holeomuseum in building brand awareness is quite successful and helps the enterprise can thrive. Perkembangan media sosial memiliki banyak dampak, termasuk dampak positif. Dampak positif ini bisa dirasakan mulai dari Masyarakat umum hingga berbagai macam bentuk usaha.. Salah satu dari komponen dari Komunikasi Pemasaran Digital adalah meningkatkan brand awareness. menemukan bahwa sosial media memiliki peran yang penting dalam meningkatkan brand awareness. Sehingga dengan sosial media seperti Instagram dan tingginya tingkat penggunaan di Indonesia dapat meningkatkan brand awareness. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Aktivitas Pemasaran Digital Instagram Holeo Museum Untuk Membangun Brand Awareness. Penelitian ini menggunakan landasan Media komunikasi Pemasaran Digital dari Sloan dan Quan-Haase (2017 Paradigma yang digunakan adalah paradigma post-positivisme, Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif. sesuai dengan penelitian yang diteliti yaitu Aktivitas Komunikasi Pemasaran Digital Melalui Instagram @Holeomuseum Untuk Membangun Brand Awareness. Peneliti ingin membangun pemahaman mengenai bagaimana pembentukan aktivitas komunikasi pemasaran digital holeo museum melalui akun Instagram. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa aktivitas Komunikasi Pemasaran Digital Instagram Holeo Museum dalam membangun brand awareness, dapat disimpulkan. Perencanaan pemasaran digital oleh holeo museum merupakan upaya untuk mendapatkan bagian pangsa pasar produk yang sudah populer atau sedang tren di kalangan remaja. Penamaan serta logo dari Holeo merupakan bagian dari identity dari brand menjadi satu keunggulan dalam persaingan produk. Perencanaan aktivitas media sosial Instagram @holeomuseum berperan dalam membangun brand awareness Holeo. Pengelolaan media komunikasi pemasaran digital dan perancangan konten komunikasi pemasaran digital dalam konteks aktivitas media sosial Instagram, dibuat semenarik mungkin. Dapat dikatakan bahwa aktivitas media sosial Instagram holeomuseum dalam membangun brand awareness cukup berhasil dan membantu usaha tersebut dapat lebih berkembang.
