Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of job compensation and job discipline on employee performance. The population in this study were employees at PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk. Sampling using stratified random sampling obtained as many as 392 respondents. Data analysis method using Descriptive and Multiple Linear Regression. This study proves that job compensation has a significant effect on employee performance partially, job discipline has a significant effect on employee performance partially and compensation and job discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: job compensation, job discipline, and employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling yang didapat sebanyak 392 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan Deskriptif dan Regresi Linier Berganda. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial, disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial, kompensasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: kompensasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kinerja karyawan
