Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT Cipta Piranti Sejahtera). The population in this study were employees of PT Cipta Piranti Sejahtera with a total of 75 employees using the saturated sample method. The data used in this research is primary data. The data collection method in this study used a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. This study uses a quantitative approach. With the data analysis method in this study using Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling where in processing the data using the Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) program version 3.0 PLS (Partial Least Square) is a method from Variance Based SEM. The results showed that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance Keywords: Compensation, Work Motivation, Work Environment, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kompensasi, Motivasi Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Cipta Piranti Sejahtera). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Cipta Piranti Sejahtera dengan jumlah 75 karyawan dengan metode sampel jenuh. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini data primer. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dengan Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Component atau Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling dimana dalam pengolahan datanya menggunakan program Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 3.0 PLS (Partial Least Square) adalah metode dari Variance Based SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
