Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance. The population in this study were employees at PT Koneksi Kapital Indonesia. While the sample in this study were 48 respondents who were taken using the saturated sample method. Methods of data analysis in data processing using the Partial Least Square (Smart PLS) -3.3.3 program. The results of this study indicate that the variables of work environment, organizational culture and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Environment, Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT Koneksi Kapital Indonesia. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 48 responden yang diambil dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data dalam pengolahan datanya menggunakan program Partial Least Square (Smart PLS)-3.3.3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
