Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of job insecurity and workload on cyberloafing behavior and employee performance on employees who work at PT. Karya Citra Cemerlang. The population contained in this study were 70 employees who worked at PT. Karya Citra Cemerlang. The sample used is as many as 70 employees, drawn using the saturated sampling method. The method used for sampling is saturated sampling. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses the SmartPLS application. Based on this research, it is known that Job Insecurity has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance, Workload has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance, Job Insecurity has a positive and significant effect on Cyberloafing, Workload has a negative and significant effect on Cyberloafing, Cyberloafing has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance. Keywords: Job insecurity, workload, work stress, cyberloafing, human resources managemen Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh job insecurity dan beban kerja terhadap perilaku cyberloafing dan kinerja karyawan pada karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Karya Citra Cemerlang. Populasi yang terdapat pada penelitian ini adalah 70 karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Karya Citra Cemerlang. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 70 karyawan, ditarik menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Metode yang digunakan untuk penarikan sampel adalah sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa Job Insecurity berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Beban Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Job Insecurity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Cyberloafing, Beban Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Cyberloafing, Cyberloafing berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
